Custom software AI & agents Cloud & DevOps

Engineering systems that scale

We build the software, the platform it runs on, and the pipeline that ships it — for teams that need engineering they can rely on.

Who we are

An engineering studio, not an agency

Teispace is an engineering studio in Pokhara, Nepal, built around principal-level engineers and growing across every surface we take on — backend, frontend, mobile, data and the infrastructure underneath.

The people who scope your system are the people who build it. We have worked to standards we did not set, in repositories we did not own, on release schedules we did not control — which is what made us exact about the parts nobody sees until they fail.

What we do

Four lines, one team

We take a system end to end — or step into the part of it that is holding you up.

  1. 01

    AI & Agents

Agents that act on your systems under rules you set, and retrieval that still answers correctly at scale.

    • MCP servers exposing your operations as governed tools
    • Provider-portable agent loops
    • Retrieval with pgvector and HNSW
    • Evaluation harnesses, so a change is measurable
    How we work on this
  2. 02

    Custom Software

Web, mobile and the platform underneath them — delivered as one system.

    • Next.js and React
    • Flutter for iOS and Android
    • NestJS, PostgreSQL, Redis
    • Admin consoles and internal tooling
    How we work on this
  3. 03

    Cloud & DevOps

Pipelines that build once and promote a vetted artefact, and deploys that undo themselves.

    • Build-once-promote CI/CD
    • Infrastructure as code
    • Zero-downtime releases with automatic rollback
    • Observability that names the failure
    How we work on this
  4. 04

    Platform & Modernisation

Legacy systems taken apart carefully — re-architected, made observable, and handed back faster than they were.

    • Incremental migration, never a rewrite gamble
    • Data model and API contract repair
    • Performance and reliability work
    • Architecture enforced in CI, not in review
    How we work on this

Why us

What actually makes the difference

Six things a competitor could not write truthfully about themselves. Everything else was cut.

Talk to us about your system
  1. 01

    You talk to the engineers

There is no account layer between you and the people writing the code. The engineers who scope your system are the ones who build it, so answers arrive with the reasoning attached instead of relayed, and a hard question gets a real answer in the same conversation rather than a promise to check. It also means nobody is incentivised to say yes to something that will not work.

  2. 02

The scope is agreed before anyone writes code

Assumptions get named in the first week rather than discovered in the last one. You get something written down that you can push back on — what is in, what is deliberately out, and what we are assuming about your data, your users and your deadlines. When one of those turns out to be wrong, and one usually does, the conversation is about trade-offs rather than about what was agreed.

  3. 03

We work inside your standards, not around them

We have shipped inside other teams’ repositories, to their conventions, under their release process and their review culture. Joining an existing team without disrupting it is not something we would be attempting for the first time on your project. If you already have a way of working, we adopt it; if you do not, we bring one and hand it over documented.

  4. 04

Quality is enforced by the build

Types, tests, architecture rules and dependency checks all fail the pipeline rather than appearing as comments somebody might action. Standards that live only in code review decay in the first busy week; ours stop the merge. That is also why we can tell you what shape the code is in at any point without asking you to take it on trust — the build already answered.

  5. 05

One team for every part of it

Web, mobile, the backend, the admin console nobody budgeted for, and the infrastructure underneath all of it. Contracts are agreed once and built against in parallel instead of renegotiated between vendors who each blame the other two, and there is no gap in the middle where a problem can sit for a fortnight because it belongs to nobody.

  6. 06

You own it, and we are still here afterwards

Your repository, your cloud accounts, your infrastructure, from the first commit rather than at the end of a transition project. The handover document is written as we go rather than assembled the week before it is needed. So leaving is never a negotiation — and staying is a choice you keep making, which is the only version of a long relationship worth having.

How an engagement runs

Discovery to handover, without the part where it goes quiet

  1. Discovery

We map what exists, what is breaking, and what "done" has to mean. Assumptions get written down rather than carried in someone's head, because the ones nobody states are the ones that cost a month.

You getA written scope, with every assumption named

  2. Architecture

Data model, API contracts and failure paths, agreed before anyone writes a feature. Contracts first means your own client teams can start in parallel instead of waiting on our backend.

You getReviewed contracts your team can build against

  3. Build

Feature-first, in your repository, behind the same gates we hold our own work to — typed strictly, tested for the failure cases, and with the architecture rules enforced by CI rather than by memory.

You getWorking software, shipped in increments you can see

  4. Deploy

The deployable artefact is built once, scanned, and promoted. Staging goes automatically; production goes on your word. If a health check fails, the previous version is back before anyone has opened a dashboard.

You getA pipeline that promotes, verifies and rolls back

  5. Operate

Structured logs, traces and alerts that name the failure instead of hinting at it. Dependencies stay current. And the handover document is written from the start, not scrambled together at the end.

You getA runbook, and a system you can take back whenever you want it

What we reach for, and where it sits

Every cell is a family, and it turns between the members. What sits together is what we treat as interchangeable — chosen per system, not per company.
